SPAGHETTI  SAUCE  RECIPE:

Ingredients:
½ to 1 lb. Ground Beef or Italian Sausage
2  8 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
1 6 oz. Can of Tomato Paste
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Crushed Parsley Flakes or Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Basil
¼ tsp. Thyme
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
Three Whole Mushrooms Sliced
½ Onion Finely Chopped
½ Green Bell Pepper Finely Chopped (optional)
2 Garlic Cloves

Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
Brown ground beef/Italian Sausage.  Drain grease thoroughly. 
In a separate pan, sauté onions, mushrooms and green pepper in olive oil.  Add two garlic cloves minced.

Pour tomato sauce in hamburger.  Add oregano, sugar, basil, salt, black pepper, bay leaf and parsley flakes.  Mix and bring to boil.  Reduce heat and add onions, mushrooms and green peppers.  Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve over hot spaghetti noodles or other cooked pasta.  Makes about four servings.
